Location, services and why we love this spa

LoDo attracts locals and visitors for its blend of dining, entertainment, shopping and now, a convenient place for wellness and self-care. 

Sway in Larimer Square is ideal for a perfect girls’ day activity or for a solo break in the workday. Because there’s so much to do in the area, you can easily book a treatment after breakfast or before lunch, and do a little shopping.

Depending on availability, the spa also accepts walk-in appointments.

The customer service at Sway is exactly what you want in a spa visit. Allyson gave us the warmest welcome, a tour of the space and guided our experience from start to finish.

Sway massage and facial treatments

The prices for massages and facials are competitive with most spas. Massage sessions can be booked in 50-, 60-, or 90-minute appointments and facials in 50- to 60-minute appointments, depending on the type of service.

• Signature: Full-body massage with a choice of aromatic massage lotion (I had the signature massage, which is just what I need to address some areas of muscle tension).
• Deep Tissue: Designed for deep muscle release, pain reduction and mobility restoration.
• Salt Stone: Warm Himalayan salt stones address tension, improve circulation and promote deep relaxation.
• Sports: Supports recovery, improves range of motion and reduces muscle fatigue.
• Aescape: AI body mapping and dual robotic arms perform a massage that allows adjustments to pressure, target zones and ambience, all from a touchscreen console. 

There are multiple facials to choose from, depending on individual skincare goals. Guests can opt for hydrating, anti-aging, Vitamin C facial treatments and more.
