Tony Gemignani delivers iconic pizza to Slice House in Boulder
Pizza lovers in Boulder have an exciting and delicious new dining concept coming to town. Slice House, the fast-casual pizza franchise from 13-time World Champion Pizza Champion, Tony Gemignani, is officially opening in on January 31. The new pizzeria is located at 1805 29th St, Unit 1114. The Cutter family, residents of Boulder are heading up Gemignani’s Slice House.

A slice for every style
Guests of Slice House can expect crispy New York slices, thick-crust Sicilian squares, homestyle Grandma pies and Detroit-style along with fresh pasta dishes, wings and salads. Locals and visitors can have access to the much-anticipated eatery seven days a week from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m., Sunday through Thursday and 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. Friday and Saturday.
To complement the food, guests can enjoy a curated selection of local craft beers and premium wines, along with classic sodas and juices.

Designed for Boulder living
Thoughtfully designed Slice House resides in the 1,972-square-foot space by MUES Architecture, maximizing Boulder’s enviable climate with 19 indoor seats and an expansive 46-seat patio.
Multiple ordering options include in-store dining, online ordering and phone orders, with takeout and delivery covering the greater Boulder area.
Grand opening details
To celebrate the grand opening on January 31, the pizza man himself, Tony Germignani will be onsite. The first 50 guests in line will get a free hat and a raffle ticket to win free pizza for a year, and there will also be free samples of parmesan and prosciutto for guests.
