Mediterranean beach house design with Scottsdale energy
Created by Jocque Concepts, the team behind neighborhood favorites The Montauk and Diego Pops, Estelle blends coastal Mediterranean flavors, a “beach house meets nightlife” aesthetic, curated house-music programming, and a rooftop energy designed for long lunches, golden hour lounging and late-night momentum. The concept draws influence from Greek and Italian coastal living, layered with Old Town’s signature social energy and Estelle’s own sun-kissed identity.

Estelle spans 5,800 square feet with a 400-person capacity, designed as a breezy, open-air space by day and a warm, glowing rooftop escape by night. The atmosphere leans intimate, European and effortless, with natural energy, curated music and an environment built to unfold organically.
“We are incredibly excited to bring this new concept to the heart of the entertainment district,” says Caitlin Jocque, co-owner of Jocque Concepts. “Arizona is full of beauty and energy, and we wanted to create a place that truly celebrates both – a destination for sunseekers to unwind in an open-air space with beautiful views of Camelback Mountain. As Arizona natives, we can’t wait to welcome our community and share Estelle with everyone.”
Design inspired by Mediterranean coastal living
The design, inspired by Mediterranean beach houses, features natural textures, soft coastal tones, greenery, and open sightlines to Camelback Mountain. Estelle’s identity blends Mediterranean and Mexican influences, both in its brand philosophy and menu approach, creating a fresh, sun-soaked experience that feels both international and distinctly Arizona. Signature programming will include golden hour specials, lunar hour late-night menus, and new moon nighttime events, introducing an elevated rhythm to the Old Town experience.
