The Orchard Town Center adds more favorite brands to its tenant line-up

This summer, the outdoor lifestyle destination is expanding its lineup with new additions spanning skincare, self-care, fashion and dining, including Texas de Brazil, CHICHA San Chen, MilkShake Factory, goGLOW, Perspire Sauna Studio and Macy’s Backstage.

Recent additions build on recent additions such as Postino WineCafe, P.F. Chang’s and MINISO, further positioning The Orchard Town Center as a destination for shopping, dining and entertainment between Denver and Boulder.

“Our goal is to keep raising the bar for what a lifestyle destination can be,” says Taylor Alvey, vice president of leasing at Vestar. “From global cuisine to curated retail and wellness, each new concept adds to a mix that feels both fresh and enduring, which makes the Orchard a place people want to return to again and again.”

New beauty and wellness concepts now open

goGLOW

goGLOW specializes in skincare and sunless tanning, offering customized treatments designed to boost confidence and educate clients on long-term skin health. goGLOW combines non-toxic, vegan products with patented technology to deliver transformative, in-person experiences.

Facial Aesthetics

Colorado-based Facial Aesthetics will soon open at the center, bringing locally rooted expertise in skin care and wellness. The practice is known for its personalized, physician-directed approach and offers treatments such as Botox, dermal fillers, laser services and medical-grade facials. Guests can expect hands-on care and customized treatment plans designed to enhance natural beauty. Each visit provides a luxe in-person experience.

Perspire Sauna Studio

Perspire Sauna Studio specializes in private infrared sauna experiences designed to support relaxation, recovery and overall wellness. Guests can customize sessions using infrared heat, chromotherapy and entertainment options in a calming, spa-like environment.

Macy’s Backstage

Macy’s Backstage offers shoppers a value-focused retail experience featuring fashion, beauty products, home décor and on-trend finds across a wide range of categories.

Texas de Brazil

Texas de Brazil is bringing its Brazilian steakhouse experience to Westminster, featuring tableside-carved meats, expansive salad selections and traditional Brazilian-inspired dining in an elevated setting.

CHICHA San Chen

Award-winning Taiwanese tea shop CHICHA San Chen will introduce handcrafted bubble teas and specialty beverages made with premium ingredients and playful flavors.

MilkShake Factory

MilkShake Factory will bring handcrafted milkshakes, specialty chocolates and dessert-focused treats to The Orchard Town Center this summer. Known for its over-the-top shakes and family-founded roots, the concept combines classic soda shop nostalgia with modern dessert creations and customizable sweets.
