Since debuting in SoHo in late 2024, The Corner Store has quickly become one of the most coveted reservations in the country, attracting food enthusiasts and A-listers alike with its high-energy atmosphere, elevated service and martini-forward beverage program.
Elevated comfort food with a New York edge
Described as a playful yet refined take on a classic American joint, The Corner Store’s menu is a nostalgic nod to iconic New York City dining, reimagined for today’s modern palate. Signature dishes include Lobster & Caviar Rolls, Five Cheese Pizza Rolls and a Wagyu French Dip, alongside premium steak selections and standout cocktails that have helped define the brand’s buzz.
“The Corner Store embodies the perfect blend of high-energy, vibrant dining and culinary excellence with a touch of the unexpected,” says Ari Kastrati, chief content, hospitality and development officer for MGM Resorts. “There’s no doubt this resort provides the ideal stage for The Corner Store’s first expansion outside of New York City.”

A natural next step for Catch Hospitality Group
For Catch Hospitality Group, the move to Las Vegas represents a natural evolution of the brand’s momentum.
“Expanding our partnership with MGM Resorts to bring The Corner Store to Las Vegas was a natural next step,” says Eugene Remm, partner of Catch Hospitality Group. “The Cosmopolitan embodies the same energy, edge and style that defines what makes our brand successful.”
MGM Resorts and Catch Hospitality Group previously partnered on the successful launch of CATCH at ARIA Resort & Casino in 2018, a collaboration that continues to influence the Strip’s dining scene.
What to know about the Las Vegas opening
The Corner Store will take over the former Blue Ribbon American Grill & Oyster Bar space at The Cosmopolitan, which is scheduled to close permanently on February 16, 2026. Additional details, including design elements and menu expansions, are expected to be announced in the coming months.
