Co-founded by Audrey Corley (of Boycott Bar and Dahlia Tapas) and Kat Moore (formerly of Short Leash Hot Dogs), Title 9 is a celebration of equity, empowerment and delicious food.
Launched March 15-16 with a high-energy Grand Opening Weekend that included everything from a roller derby arm wrestling tournament to a live NCAA Women’s Selection Sunday bracket reveal, Title 9 immediately cemented itself as a home base for fans, athletes, and allies of women’s sports.
Herstory of women’s sports
Trophies from local athletes line the entryway, while arcade games, pool, and exclusive merch fill the space with good energy, nostalgia, and purpose. You can also expect to see the interior lined with framed photos of trailblazing female athletes — each paired with a QR code linking to their story. It’s thoughtful touches like these that turn the bar into an experience.
Move over Sloppy Joe, Sloppy Janet is in the house
Additionally, cocktails are named in honor of iconic women in sports. The menu is equally as creative, with standout bites like the Thai Peanut Sliders with smoked gouda and bacon, or the cheeky Sloppy Janet — a cheesesteak-style twist on the classic. Tying it all together is a spacious, dog-friendly patio that makes it easy to bring your four-legged MVP along for the game.
Title 9 offers more than just a place to watch the game; it’s a dedicated space where women in sports are seen, supported and genuinely celebrated.
