Holla Brunch Girl turns up the volume on Scottsdale brunch
Old Town Scottsdale has an exciting new offering for girls’ day out. Holla Brunch Girl, a new 21-and-older rooftop brunch concept from Evening Entertainment Group, debuts Sept. 26 in Scottsdale’s Entertainment District, combining Saturday brunch with DJs, pop singalongs, cocktails, games, and plenty of reasons to get out of your seat.
The weekly brunch party runs from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Saturdays at 7320 E. Indian Plaza.

Brunch meets the dance floor
Holla Brunch Girl is designed to feel less like a leisurely eggs-and-mimosas affair and more like a daytime celebration.
Local DJs C-los and Jon Amaral will spin pop favorites, requests and high-energy tracks throughout brunch, with singalongs, games and other interactive entertainment woven into the experience.
“Holla Brunch Girl is about creating the kind of brunch where you come for the food and cocktails, but stay because you’re having way too much fun to leave,” says Les Corieri of Evening Entertainment Group. “We wanted to build something that feels energetic, social and a little unexpected.”
The rooftop space takes inspiration from sunny coastal boardwalks and weekend getaways, with warm woods, tropical greenery, bright pink and green accents, neon and photo-friendly installations.
What’s on the menu?
The food leans playful, with options ranging from lighter dishes to full-on brunch indulgence.
Guests can choose from selections such as a watermelon feta handheld, açai bowl and chicken and waffles. There’s also Girl Brunch, a tower loaded with an assortment of brunch favorites meant for sharing.
And then there’s the detail that immediately caught our attention: Espresso Martini Soft Serve.
The cocktail-inspired frozen treat joins Frozé, signature mimosa towers and a lineup of handcrafted drinks. Select cocktails will also be available in “Me or We” sizes, allowing guests to choose between an individual drink and a larger-format version made for sharing.

Between the rooftop setting, DJs, singalongs and over-the-top food and drink presentations, the experience is built as much around entertainment as what’s on the table.
Think birthday brunches, girls’ days out, celebratory weekends and anyone whose preferred brunch volume is decidedly not “quiet conversation.”
The experience is exclusively for guests 21 and older.
