What makes The Escape Game different?
Unlike many traditional escape rooms, The Escape Game focuses on immersive storytelling as much as puzzle solving. Every experience is built at the company’s 60,000-square-foot production studio in Nashville and features custom-designed sets, interactive technology and detailed props that make players feel like they’ve stepped inside a movie.
Each adventure lasts about 60 minutes and encourages teamwork, communication and creative thinking as players race against the clock to complete their mission.
Who it’s for:
- Couples looking for a creative date night
- Families with older children and teens
- Friends planning a group outing
- Birthday celebrations
- Corporate team-building events
- Anyone searching for fun things to do in the Phoenix area

Five immersive adventures now open in Gilbert
Visitors can choose from five original adventures, each offering its own storyline and challenge.
The Heist
Art lovers become undercover agents in this museum caper, where the mission is to recover a priceless stolen masterpiece before time runs out. Along the way, players must work together to uncover clues, bypass security and outsmart the clock.
The Depths
A mysterious underwater laboratory holds more questions than answers. Guided by the eccentric Dr. Leah, players descend into the ocean to uncover what happened beneath the surface while navigating an atmospheric world filled with surprises.

Cosmic Crisis
The fate of the solar system rests in your hands. After a black hole locks onto Earth, your team must reach a nearby space station, retrieve antimatter and save the universe before time expires.
Murder with a Side of Meatballs
Making its debut outside of Nashville, this new experience puts a fresh spin on the traditional escape room.
Rather than escaping, players become detectives investigating a murder inside Rosso’s Ristorante after poor Nonna’s final meal takes a deadly turn. Teams search for evidence, interview suspects, solve interactive puzzles and use a digital investigation board to determine which of seven suspects committed the crime.
Ruins: Forbidden Treasure
Adventure seekers can journey deep into a jungle after a crash landing leaves them searching for a legendary hidden fortune. Ancient ruins, secret chambers and dangerous traps stand between your team and the treasure.

A new attraction for Downtown Gilbert
The Gilbert location marks The Escape Game’s first Arizona destination and joins a growing national footprint of more than 60 locations.
Its arrival adds another entertainment option to Downtown Gilbert, making it easy to pair an escape room adventure with dinner, drinks or dessert at one of the area’s many locally owned restaurants and gathering spots.
The company says the Phoenix metro’s continued growth and appetite for memorable experiences made the Valley a natural choice for its Arizona debut.
“Opening in Arizona for the first time is a milestone we’ve been looking forward to,” says Jonathan Murrell, co-founder and CMO of The Escape Game. “The Phoenix metro is one of the most dynamic, fast-growing regions in the country, full of people who love great experiences, and we can’t wait to welcome them into our games and create memories they’ll be talking about long after they leave.”

Why it’s worth your time
Whether you’re solving an art heist, exploring mysterious underwater laboratories or unraveling a murder mystery over meatballs, The Escape Game delivers a highly immersive experience that goes well beyond a traditional escape room. With five distinct adventures under one roof, there’s plenty of reason to come back and try another challenge.
