Three Rackets brings padel, pickleball and squash to Broomfield
Three Rackets is preparing to open a 34,000-square-foot indoor club in Broomfield, Colorado, featuring padel, pickleball and squash, along with coaching programs, leagues, social spaces and food and beverage offerings.

Located at 830 Hoyt St. #150, the club will feature five indoor padel courts, five indoor pickleball courts and three indoor squash courts. According to Three Rackets, the combination will make it one of the few venues in the world to offer all three sports under one roof.
A soft opening is planned for Sept. 21, with preview events and introductory programs leading into grand opening festivities later this fall.
Three sports, one Colorado club
Three Rackets was founded by former professional squash players Mark and Chris Fuller, alongside co-founder Chris Douglass.
The concept grew from a shared belief that racket sports can offer more than exercise, creating opportunities for players to meet people, develop new skills and build community.
“Three Rackets was created to be more than a place to play,” says Mark Fuller, co-founder and CEO of Three Rackets. “We wanted to build a destination where people can experience great sport, meet new people and feel like part of a community.”
Both Fuller brothers bring professional squash experience to the venture. Mark Fuller reached a career-high world ranking of No. 118 and competed professionally in 25 countries, while Chris Fuller reached No. 89 and won two Professional Squash Association titles.
The club’s leadership and coaching team also brings experience across pickleball and padel, with programming planned for everyone from first-time players to experienced competitors.
Designed for playing and hanging out
Designed by Louisville-based DAJ Design and constructed by Paramount, Three Rackets centers around a bar and gathering area, with courts surrounding the social hub.
Additional amenities will include a pro shop with equipment rentals and retail merchandise, Wi-Fi, lounge and remote-work spaces, spa-inspired locker rooms and a fitness area.
An on-site food and beverage program will offer health-conscious and casual options, including bowls, burgers, sandwiches and shareable dishes alongside refreshments.
“Broomfield felt like a natural fit because it’s a growing community full of people who value active lifestyles and meaningful social experiences,” Fuller says. “While pickleball already has a strong following here, we’re especially excited to introduce more people to squash and padel.”
Lessons, leagues and community events
Three Rackets will offer memberships, leagues, tournaments, lessons, clinics and junior programming.
New players will also be able to receive instruction from the club’s coaching team, potentially making the facility an approachable way to try padel or squash for the first time.
Community programming will extend beyond traditional leagues and tournaments. Three Rackets plans to host youth camps, charitable events, networking opportunities, social gatherings and introductory programs.
Among the first events is an open house benefiting ovarian and breast cancer research on Oct. 10 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., with proceeds supporting cancer research.
What memberships and court time cost
Although inaugural memberships have sold out, Three Rackets is offering a limited-time half-price membership promotion using promo code OPEN50 at sign-up.
The Three Rackets Premium membership, which includes access to padel, pickleball and squash, is $125 per month during the promotion. A Pickleball & Squash Premium membership is $87.50 per month.
Promotional memberships include benefits such as free advance court-booking privileges, league access and club programming. The offer is expected to continue through the end of 2026.
For those who prefer to play without a membership, court pricing varies by sport and time of day. Pickleball courts range from $30 to $48, padel courts from $60 to $100 and squash courts from $20 to $40.
During off-peak hours, per-player rates start at $7.50 for pickleball, $15 for padel and $10 for squash.
