La Cantera Resort & Spa brings country music and holiday cheer to San Antonio
La Cantera Resort & Spa, a Signia by Hilton resort, welcomes the return of its third annual “Tip of the Hat to Texas” on Saturday, Nov. 21, 2026. In its latest iteration, the one-night-only event will feature country music’s rising stars and beloved voices in partnership with Y100 for “Tip of the Hat to Texas: Jingle Jam,” bringing holiday cheer, unique dining experiences and more to the Texas Hill Country.

A night of country music under the Texas stars
At 6 p.m., the evening will begin with an intimate, up-close acoustic dining experience at SweetFire Kitchen, where guests can partake in the Dinner & Concert package and the Songwriter’s Circle Experience, enjoying Southern flavors prepared by Chef Juan Grimaldo while listening to Alexandra Kay share the stories behind her music.
Following dinner, guests will make their way to Plaza San Saba for Jingle Jam Under the Texas Stars, an outdoor concert celebrating Texas traditions with performances from Alexandra Kay, McCoy Moore, Lakelin Lemmings and Jacob Hackworth.
