A Phoenix favorite heads to Dallas
Named for the Greek goddess of light, Théa Mediterranean Rooftop first debuted atop The Global Ambassador in Phoenix, quickly becoming one of the city’s most sought-after reservations. Known for its sweeping views and transportive Mediterranean coastal aesthetic, the restaurant has earned recognition among the world’s best hotel dining destinations.
Now, that same energy is heading to Dallas, where Théa will anchor a new era of elevated rooftop dining in one of the city’s most vibrant neighborhoods.

A menu designed for lingering, sharing and savoring
Rooted in the rhythm of the Mediterranean, Théa’s menu is designed to unfold slowly, moving from vibrant mezze to house-made pastas and bold, shareable entrées.
Signature offerings include the Goddess of All Dips, a generous spread featuring whipped ricotta, baba ghanoush, muhammara, tzatziki, kopanisti and hummus, served with pita, bazlama and fresh vegetables.
From there, dishes like Spaghetti alla Nerano and a mixed grill with truffle filet, lamb chops and chicken souvlaki highlight the restaurant’s balance of comfort and refinement.
In Dallas, the concept will expand with a health-forward Mediterranean lunch experience, offering a polished yet approachable setting for everything from quick weekday meals to leisurely afternoons along the Katy Trail.
Cocktails, rosé and a rooftop scene that evolves with the day
Théa’s beverage program leans into fresh, house-made ingredients and classic techniques with a modern edge.
The Spritz Parade, featuring variations like the Dirty Spritz, Parisian Spritz and Aperol Spritz, anchors a cocktail menu designed for daytime ease and sunset energy.
As the day transitions into evening, the rooftop comes alive with rosé, music and DJ sets, creating the kind of atmosphere that has made Théa one of the country’s most talked-about dining experiences.

A two-story destination overlooking the Katy Trail
The Dallas location will take shape as a striking two-story indoor-outdoor space within the new Knox Street development. Designed by internationally recognized firm Charles & Co., the restaurant will span approximately 11,600 square feet, including a spacious patio overlooking the Katy Trail.
Guests will enter at ground level for casual daytime dining before moving upstairs to the main restaurant, where indoor and outdoor bars, a terrace and a live-action kitchen set the stage for a dynamic, all-day experience.
Part of a larger transformation in Knox Street
Located in one of Dallas’ most desirable neighborhoods, Knox Street is undergoing a major transformation that will introduce a mix of hospitality, residential and retail concepts.
The development will include The Knox, an Auberge Collection hotel and residences, alongside office space, a half-acre park and an expanded collection of shops and restaurants, further solidifying the area as a cultural and lifestyle hub.
