What to expect at the new Gainey Ranch location

Guests can expect the same comforting flavors that built the restaurant’s reputation, along with a few thoughtful updates designed to welcome both longtime regulars and new diners alike.

“Frank & Lupe’s has always been about heart, hospitality, and honest food,” says Piero Aviles, owner of Frank & Lupe’s. “We’re not changing what works. Lupe’s recipes, her traditions, and her standards are still at the center of everything we do.”

Family recipes, same tradition

Generations of Bernal family dishes from Socorro, New Mexico, will continue to be made from scratch daily, preserving the flavors that have defined the restaurant for decades.

From Socorro roots to Scottsdale staple

Frank & Lupe’s story began decades ago in Socorro, New Mexico, where Frank and Lupe Bernal set out to serve food rooted in family and tradition. When their son Teddy brought the concept to Scottsdale, it quickly became a neighborhood favorite, known for its bold green chile, warm hospitality and the unmistakable comfort of a home-cooked meal.

Now, the restaurant’s next chapter continues that story in a new setting, without losing the heart that made it special.
