Electric Pickle serves up new weekend brunch in Tempe

Electric Pickle, Tempe’s new pickleball, globally-inspired dining and outdoor entertainment destination, is turning up the heat with the release of its first-ever brunch featuring bold flavors and invigorating sips, served every weekend from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. with a live DJ setting the vibe.

Electric Pickle brunch highlights
The menu delivers a winning mix of comfort and indulgence, featuring dishes like Chicken & Waffles ($25) with crispy fried chicken, fluffy buttermilk waffles, hot honey drizzle and maple syrup; the Breakfast Burrito ($15) packed with eggs, bacon, cheese and pico de gallo; and the island-inspired Loco Moco ($18), with a savory combo of sticky white rice, a juicy burger patty, eggs over easy and rich brown gravy. The Steak & Eggs ($25) is the ultimate weekend feast, featuring an 8-ounce teres major cut, eggs your way, crispy hash browns, tomato, green onion and chipotle aioli.

Electric Pickle’s brunch cocktail specials will help guests rally for their games with delectable libations like the Orange Turmeric Mimosas ($8), a vibrant mix of Ruffino Prosecco, orange juice, apple juice, aloe water, lemon juice and turmeric, plus Bloody Marys ($8) featuring Wheatley Vodka and a signature spice blend to kick things up a notch. Guests can also indulge in signature cocktails like the Setting Sun Sangria ($16) with Drylands Sauvignon Blanc, Ruffino Prosecco, JuneShine P.O.G. Hard Kombucha and peach juice; Guava Mojito ($15) with Havana Club Añejo Blanco Rum, guava, lime juice and agave nectar; and the Electric Jalapeño Watermelon ($15) with el Jimador Blanco Tequila, watermelon juice, lime juice, agave nectar, chamoy and Tajín rim.

For those who don’t want to wait for the weekend, Electric Pickle is also offering weekday breakfast from Monday to Friday, 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. Guests can start their day with the same unbeatable flavors, and weekday breakfast-goers can also enjoy $16 Orange Turmeric Mimosas and $16 Bloody Marys to add a little extra zing to their morning.
Breakfast and brunch can be enjoyed in the expansive two-story, 12,000-square-foot restaurant, featuring both indoor and al fresco dining. Thoughtful yet chic lounge seating vignettes offer a social setting where guests can relax, mingle and immerse themselves in the high-energy ambiance.
