A reimagined layout inspired by a Texas town square
The redevelopment introduces a reimagined layout inspired by a lively Texas town square, designed to create a more seamless and engaging experience for both shoppers and dealers. All 10 historic buildings on the property are undergoing preservation and restoration, while new food, entertainment and gathering spaces debut this spring.
“This redevelopment honors what has made Marburger extraordinary for decades while evolving the site for the future. The land, the historic buildings and most importantly, the dealers and shoppers who shaped its legacy remain at the heart of everything we do.”

Preserving tradition while enhancing comfort
Upgrades include the addition of air conditioning and heating to the historic buildings, with enhancements designed to work in harmony with the land’s natural beauty, from rolling hills and live oaks to wildflowers and the central pond. Beloved traditions remain firmly intact, including opening-day tailgates, live music, the ceremonial ringing of the triangle to open the tents and the strong sense of community that defines the Marburger experience.
Historic buildings restored and new spaces unveiled
Historic structures receiving preservation work include the Marburger Farmhouse, Legler House, Coufal House, Zieger House, Silver Dollar Saloon, Gulf Warehouse, Dance Hall, Bingo Hall, Blacksmith Shop and General Store. New additions debuting for the Spring Show include The Canteen, a large food pavilion overlooking the pond, The Parlor design showcase space, a live music stage, enhanced pathways and a communal green created for gathering and celebration.
Looking ahead to Fall Show expansions
Following the Spring Show, two new climate-controlled buildings will replace the two most centrally located tents and are scheduled to open in time for the Fall Show, running Oct. 27–31.
