RARE Steak Championship makes its Phoenix debut this November

The RARE Steak Championship will make its Phoenix debut Thursday, Nov. 12, bringing more than 25 Valley restaurants together at Salt River Fields for an evening of unlimited steak tastings, cocktails, live entertainment and culinary competition.

Running from 6 to 10 p.m., the national food and beverage festival gives attendees the chance to taste their way through creations from some of the Phoenix area’s best-known restaurants while chefs compete for Judges’ Choice and People’s Choice honors.

More than 25 Phoenix restaurants compete

Restaurants will compete in two categories: traditional steak and creative steak, giving chefs room to showcase everything from classic cuts to unexpected interpretations. Participating restaurants can also create signature cocktail pairings to complement their dishes.

  • ADERO

Additional participating restaurants are expected to be announced ahead of the event.

What to expect at RARE Steak Championship Phoenix

Beyond unlimited steak tastings, guests can sample signature cocktails and premium spirits while enjoying live music and entertainment throughout the evening.

VIP ticket holders get another competition all to themselves: theOmakase Challenge, featuring select Phoenix restaurants competing in a separate culinary showdown available exclusively to VIP guests.

A portion of event proceeds will benefit Musically Fed, an organization that works with the music and live entertainment industries to redirect unused backstage and catering food to people facing food insecurity.

RARE Steak Championship Phoenix tickets

Three ticket levels are available, with pricing increasing as the event approaches:

General Admission: $75-$125
Entry begins at 7 p.m. and includes unlimited steak tastings, cocktails and spirit samples and entertainment.

First Taste: $115-$175
Guests receive early entry beginning at 6 p.m.

VIP Experience: $200-$275
VIP admission begins at 6 p.m. and includes access to the exclusive Omakase Challenge, premium spirits and cocktails, private lounge areas, dedicated bars and VIP restrooms.

Tickets are currently available at introductory pricing while supplies last.
