Lakeside Bar & Grill in Peoria is marking its 17th anniversary with an all-day Wild Wild West celebration on Saturday, April 26, from 11 a.m. to midnight. The event will feature a cowboy barbecue-themed menu, live entertainment, family-friendly activities and signature Western-inspired cocktails.

Wild wild menu and entertainment

Guests can enjoy a special menu featuring ribs, an appetizer combo and crispy half chicken. From 11 a.m. to 3 p.m., kids eat free with the purchase of an adult entrée, with one complimentary kids’ meal per adult entrée.

Entertainment begins at noon with DJ Pollo spinning music until 4 p.m. A kids’ lasso contest will take place during the day, while an adult lasso contest is set for the evening. The Patrick James Band takes the stage from 7:30 p.m. to midnight, bringing a high-energy country and Western performance to close out the night.

Signature cocktails

The bar will serve signature drinks in themed glassware, including a cowboy mug cocktail made with pineapple jalapeño tequila, Triple Sec, lime juice, agave, Monin habanero syrup and Dos Equis lager. A boot-shaped shooter called the Six Shooter Bullseye features a mix of Dulce Vida Blanco tequila, Disaronno, Kahlua, Baileys, Goldschläger and butterscotch schnapps, layered with grenadine. Attendees will also receive custom koozies while supplies last.
