A creative journey with globally-inspired culinary offerings

Designed to cater to intimate gatherings or large-scale events, The Pemberton offers a playground of creativity. Guests will awaken their senses as they journey through 12-plus uniquely themed outdoor rooms, sip on expertly crafted cocktails, savor worldly inspired cuisine, watch performances from local musicians and peruse art installations from more than 100 artists.

“I love Phoenix, I love the Valley, I love Arizona and I wanted to provide a ‘gift’ to the community; a place where everyone feels welcome and all walks of life can enjoy and escape the negativity in the world,” says Jonathon Vento, creator of The Pemberton.

From New York to Japanese Garden: Inspiring and creative spaces

Guests will rediscover their sense of imagination as they wander in and out of The Pemberton’s meticulously designed themed areas, which will transport them to several different worlds. From the sun-soaked charm of an Italian Beach Club to the gritty, neon-lit back-alleys of the 1980’s New York music scene, and the elegance of a classic French park bistro, each leaves a lasting impression. The venue evokes a different time and place as visitors witness the serene beauty of the Japanese Garden, celebrate life and death with a Dia De Los Muertos area or take in the spectacular natural beauty in the Icelandic Village.

Set amidst a lush landscape of 1,000 trees, including fragrant orange, peach and lemon trees, guests can enjoy the view and 1960’s-inspired cocktails at the Cheeky “Palm” Springs-themed trailer as well as at nine other fun bars spread throughout the property. Plus, there’s ample opportunity to fill up with a wide-ranging selection of menu items including elote deviled eggs, pretzel bites, flatbreads, sliders and more.

The Pemberton is located at 1121 N. 2nd St. in Phoenix and will be open Wednesday 4 p.m. to 10 p.m., Thursday and Friday 4 p.m. to 1 a.m., Saturday 11 a.m. to 1 a.m., and Sunday from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. Must be 21 and over after 8 p.m. Live music will be performed regularly throughout the week.
