A sophisticated new addition to Old Town

PEG Companies [PEG], a vertically integrated commercial real estate investment company focused on opportunistic and value-add opportunities, is the anchor of the new AC Hotel Scottsdale. Construction on the property began in April 2024, signaling the start of a sophisticated new addition to Old Town Scottsdale’s growing hospitality scene.

A collaborative and creative development

In addition to managing the property, PEG Companies is a co-owner and developer. The property’s architecture and interiors were designed by Gensler and Edge ID, with Okland Construction serving as the general contractor and Doug Sydnor as consulting architect. The development also features a public art installation created in partnership with the City of Scottsdale to enhance the surrounding streetscape.
