Bikers & Bakers
Jim Pittenger of Denver’s iconic Biker Jim hot dogs, has created the new Bikers & Bakers pop-up at Denver Milk Market. Bikers & Bakers is now offering a variety of signature hot dogs, including Elk Jalapeno Cheddar Sausage, Wild Boar Sausage, and a Bacon Cheddar Brat, with toppings ranging from classics to cream cheese and caramelized onions. On Saturday mornings, guests can dig into Lemon Ricotta Pancakes, Sour Cream Waffles and more. Serving from the Lou’s Hot & Naked outpost, Bikers & Bakers will be open at the Milk Market every Monday – Saturday. Hours are Monday – Wednesday from 11 a.m. – 8 p.m., Thursday from 11 a.m – 9 p.m., Friday from 11 a.m. – 10 p.m. and on Saturday from 9 a.m. – noon.
Bos Butcher & Deli
Bos Butcher & Deli at Denver Milk Market is now offering a wide variety of butcher’s favorites, including the Cowboy Burger featuring double all-beef patties, American cheese, onion rings, pickled jalapeños, bacon and BBQ sauce, or the B.B.L.T., made with Applewood smoked bacon, burrata, lettuce, tomato and mayo on toasted rye bread. Lighter fare includes the Mediterranean, made with hummus, harissa, sliced cucumber, feta, tomato, arugula, red onion and red wine vinaigrette on a LoDough hoagie.
Fuso
Fuso is dishing classic Italian hand-tossed pizzas and homemade pasta dishes made with fresh ingredients. Pizza flavors include traditional Pepperoni and Margherita pies, along with a new Wild Mushroom Pizza featuring mushrooms, white sauce, ricotta and truffle oil and an Artichoke Pizza made with spinach, garlic, cream sauce, red onion, Calabrian chili and mozzarella. Housemade pastas include Pappardelle with Bolognese veal, beef, pork, San Marzano tomato sauce and cream, and the Shrimp Pesto Bucatini made with Arugula pesto, shrimp, garlic and white wine.
Denver Milk Market has also undergone extensive space upgrades, including new tables and chairs, lighting and paint. This is a place to embrace your inner child, especially at the Denver Milk Market’s new game room, which now features Skee-ball, a shuffleboard table, PAC-MAN and more. All games are FREE to play and pair best with a refreshing cocktail from Moo Bar.
Between Fuso and Albina by the Sea, the Milk Market has commissioned a new mural by Colorado-based artist Graham Carraway titled “Highest Stakes.”
