Bold, globally-inspired dishes and elevated dining experience

Brugman, who has earned accolades including James Beard Taste America, a feature in “Food & Wine Magazine,” and appeared as a finalist on Food Network’s “Chopped,” brings more than 15 years of experience to new concept Heritage Kitchen + Cocktails. The menu will feature thoughtfully curated dishes, using ultra-fresh seafood, premium meats and locally sourced, seasonal produce.

From fresh pasta and artisan pizzas to shareable plates and large-format entrées, Heritage focuses on creating bold, inviting dishes. Each dish is infused with vibrant spices and ingredients inspired by the coastal kitchens of Southern Italy and Spain. Familiar comfort foods are elevated for a globally inspired dining experience that excites the palate.

“We are beyond excited to introduce Heritage Kitchen + Cocktails to the Valley’s thriving culinary scene,” Greenwald says. “With executive chef Christopher Brugman at the helm, we’re creating a truly unforgettable dining experience where people can connect over beautifully crafted cuisine in an atmosphere that feels like home.”
