Riding the latest wave of (Arizona made) surf technology

Those ready to catch a first wave, seasoned surfers chasing swells or visitors simply seeking to enjoy a day on the sand, Revel Surf has something for everyone.

“Revel Surf is a place where the small envision big, the broke feel rich, and immutable memories are forged daily,” says Cole Cannon, founder of Revel Surf. “Revel Surf at Cannon Beach truly is the intersection of lifestyle and adrenaline.”

Revel Surf offers everything needed during a visit, including wetsuits, surfboards and a retail store for all gear. The onsite Lagoon utilizes Swell Mfg Wave Technology (created and designed in Arizona), which powers the state-of-the-art, artificial wave pool. This advanced technology simulates the thrill of ocean waves with consistent swells that make surfing fun and accessible for all skill levels, including first-time surfers through learn-to-surf programs. Waves feature everything from short, punchy barrels to long, smooth peeling lefts and rights, and everything in between.

The surf park also offers an additional standing wave surf experience with the Unit Wave. Guests can book learn-to-surf sessions with instruction or open-surf sessions for skilled riders. Novice or expert, the Unit Wave allows surfers to experience a couple of different wave settings to adjust the size and intensity of the wave based on skill level or preference.

From lagoon to lying on the beach with tasty bites

The 16-foot-deep diving lagoon includes multiple diving platforms from 6 feet up to 26 feet and features a large wet deck for lounging.

Beach goers enjoy sifting their toes in the white sand from the Florida panhandle and blue waters as they find a comfy spot on a lounge chair. The Revel Surf Beach Grill dishes out a variety of mouth-watering eats like Crispy Garlic Shrimp, Loaded Sweet Potato Fries, fresh salads and flatbreads boasting Italian imported crust and tasty fish tacos. Cookie sundaes, featuring local Amber Marie’s signature cookies and special additions based on seasonal flavors are major crowd pleasers.

Revel Surf details

The surf park is open year-round and offers excellent outdoor private party rental spaces for all large and small events and/or parties. Cabana rentals are available including televisions and heaters/misters and full service from the Revel Bar & Grill. Private surf sessions and full park buyouts are available.

Revel Surf is available to the public with the purchase of a day pass or booked surf session through their website. Entry to the park is free during February during our soft opening. Memberships are available providing special membership perks and discounts including beach access and surfing sessions.
