Mesa and Prescott locations offer new and flavorful options
New starters include Asiago Garlic Mushroom Tapas and Avocado Caprese Salad, while new sandwiches such as the Crispy Chicken Sandwich and Halibut Fillet Sandwich are set to impress. Among the entrees, standout options available at both locations now include Pecorino-Crusted Chilean Sea Bass and Chicken Florentine over angel hair pasta. Prescott diners can look forward to exclusives like Romano-crusted chicken over fettuccine and Tuscan scallops, while Mesa guests can savor lemon basil chicken linguini and a garden stromboli.
“We’re excited to introduce these new flavors to our guests while staying true to the scratch-made quality they’ve come to love,” says Jimmy Herrera, operations manager. “Our goal is to create a dining experience that feels both fresh and familiar, with something for everyone to enjoy.”
Both restaurants are also offering a monthly happy hour special for $12. February brings Pecorino-Citrus Roasted Cauliflower Bites, where pan-seared cauliflower is tossed with a citrus vinaigrette, red onion, pumpkin seeds and topped with pecorino cheese and fresh mint. In March, indulge in Irish Loaded Potato Cakes—crispy panko-crusted potato cakes mixed with corned beef, green onions and a three-cheese blend, served with tangy 1000 Island dressing.

The updated drink menu features a variety of meticulously crafted beverages, ranging from bold, spirit-forward martinis to refreshing zero-proof elixirs. Highlights include the Apple Cider Pomegranate Martini, a delightful combination of Apple Vodka, Pama Liqueur, apple cider, lemon juice and a touch of spiced honey, topped off with a fizzy ginger beer topper. For those craving a tropical twist, the Arizona Sunset offers Malibu Rum, pineapple syrup, lemon juice and Hornitos Plata, with a vibrant raspberry liqueur float for extra flair.
For a more botanical experience, guests can savor the Cucumber Cooler, made with Empress Cucumber Lemon Gin, cucumber liqueur, cucumber syrup, lemon juice, and a hint of ginger beer. Alternatively, the Big Screen features a unique popcorn syrup twist on Knob Creek Bourbon, paired with Angostura bitters and garnished with caramel popcorn.
Red, White & Brew is also offering a variety of creative and bold margaritas, including the Prickly Pear Margarita, featuring Hornitos Plata and a touch of Iconic Prickly Pear, or the Pomelo, which blends Milagro Reposado Tequila, ruby red grapefruit juice and a black tortilla salt rim for a bold, zesty kick.
For zero-proof drinkers, Red, White & Brew has two standout options. The Coconut Lime Elixir combines Damrak Zero Proof Gin, agave syrup, coconut syrup and lime leaf tonic, topped with a refreshing Sprite and garnished with a mint sprig. The Pineapple Agave Refresher is a tropical delight made with Jalisco 55 Zero Proof Spirit, pineapple syrup, lime juice and topped with ginger beer and a lime wedge.
“We wanted to create a cocktail menu that brings out the best in every ingredient while giving our guests something exciting to sip on,” Herrera says. “It’s all about bold flavors, great balance and drinks that are as fun to drink as they are delicious.”
