USS Lexington Museum: Friday, February 14
This Valentine’s Day from 7-10 p.m., couples can enjoy a magical evening of music and nostalgia as they celebrate the anniversary of the commissioning of the historic USS Lexington during its 32nd Annual Stage Door Canteen. A star-studded cast will recreate the USS Lexington Museum WWII-era “Canteen” shows where famous entertainers performed for service men and women at home and abroad. Attendees are encouraged to wear their dancing shoes and dress in business casual, 1940s era fashion or a WWII military uniform. Appetizers, a cash bar and entertainment will be provided. Ellie’s Restaurant & Lounge: February 14-16
Art of Cocoa Valentine’s Day Dinner Executive Chef Brendan Davey has crafted a cocoa-inspired four-course menu for an unforgettable romantic evening. Menu highlights include the Beet with Chocolate with ricotta, arugula and citrus; Chocolate Linguini with hazelnut and mint gremolata; the Cocoa Dusted Beef Filet with sweet potato, greens and cab sauce, and the Chocolate Custard with meringue and strawberry for a sweet finish. The experience costs $125 per person, plus tax and gratuity. Ellie’s dinner a la carte menu will be served on February 14th & 15th, in addition to chef’s features. Reservations can be made here.

Museum of the American Railroad: February 14 & 15
Sweeties are in for a Valentine’s Day surprise with a vintage-inspired dinner in a dining car. Book a dinner for two on Feb. 14 or 15 for an intimate 1930s and 1940s-styled experience. Guests will be treated to drinks and authentic railroad-dining-car cuisine created from original recipes. Tables will be adorned with china, starched linens and fresh flowers. Space is limited to 36 guests per night, so only 18 couples can book the experience. Proceeds will benefit the Museum of the American Railroad’s educational programs.
National Videogame Museum & Nerdvana: Friday, February 14
Guests can embrace their inner child and have a playful Valentine’s day this year with a fun dual-game-related adventure. Nothing says San Antonio romance more than the River Walk.
