When cravings set in, guests can venture to Amara’s signature restaurant, SaltRock Southwest Kitchen, for innovative yet approachable dishes and cocktails. With an ambiance that mirrors the Red Rock Country’s warm and inviting culture, visitors can dine inside or outside on the expansive patio, which features shade sails and misters to provide year-round comfort for alfresco dining. Complemented by unmatched and unobstructed views of Cleopatra and Snoopy Rock, SaltRock’s classic Southwestern dishes integrate seasonal flavors and elements to capture the essence of Arizona’s culinary heritage.

To help visitors cool down this season, SaltRock has launched new and refreshing summer cocktails inspired by ingredients and flavors found in the Verde Valley. The new standout libations include the Lost Hiker with Wheatley Vodka, Yellow Chartreuse, grilled pineapple syrup and lemon juice; The Saturn with Dharma Gin, lemon juice, passion fruit syrup, orgeat syrup and falernum liqueur; the La Fresca with Appleton Estate Rum, Amaro Montenegro Liqueur, lemon juice, strawberry syrup and fresh mint; and the Paloma with blanco tequila, Aperol, fresh grapefruit juice, grapefruit soda and a hibiscus sugar-salt rim.

New this summer, Amara is launching Southwest Cinema Saturdays, offering a unique cinematic experience under the stars.
