The Americano just leveled up traditional brunch

Designed to elevate the traditional weekend brunch, the new offering brings an added layer of luxury and creativity to one of Scottsdale’s most coveted dining destinations. Poised to become the new brunch hotspot, The Americano allows guests to indulge in a sophisticated dining experience. Debuting Sunday, Feb. 16, the first brunch features a Rosés & Roses theme celebrating Valentine’s Day. Guests will savor a selection of unlimited shared appetizers and thoughtfully curated entrées ($69/person), while a tableside caviar cart offers an exquisite touch.

“Brunch at The Americano is about crafting an upscale and memorable occasion where food and atmosphere seamlessly come together,” says MacMillan, director of culinary for Creation Hospitality. “This new program allows us to do what we love most — push the boundaries of our culinary creativity by introducing fresh themes and new special dishes at each brunch. It’s about offering guests an experience that’s as much about indulgence as it is about exploration.”

We’re committed to keeping things exciting, so each brunch will be an opportunity to discover something new.”
