Rock Lobster rolls love into every bite

“Not only do we have a new executive chef and a fresh, upgraded look, ‘Love on the Rocks’ Date Night is set to become a staple for anyone looking for a memorable night out,” says Tom Kaufman, owner of Rock Lobster. “Whether you come for the sushi, the drinks or the atmosphere, we promise an unforgettable evening every time.”

Rock Lobster recently welcomed Executive Chef Christina Dalumpinis to the family. Born and raised in South Korea, her passion for food began in childhood when she developed a deep appreciation for culinary arts. This early interest eventually led her to specialize in sushi, mastering Japanese cuisine’s intricate techniques and flavors. At Rock Lobster, Dalumpinis combines her cultural heritage with innovative approaches, creating unique and memorable dining experiences for her guests.

Apps, drinks and rolls

“Love on the Rocks” includes one appetizer, two rolls of your choice and two Rockaritas for just $25 a person ($50 per couple). Choose from a menu of 10 specialty rolls that include:

• Crunchy Ahi Tuna Roll: Spicy Yellowtail and cucumber inside fried.  Topped with spicy tuna on each individual piece with eel sauce and green onions.
• Volcano Roll: Cream cheese, spicy Crab and shrimp tempura inside. It’s topped with fresh salmon sashimi and spicy chipotle sauce.
• Strawberry Butterfish Roll: Avocado, Crab mix and butterfish inside. Topped with strawberries and a sweet ponzu sauce. 
• Spicy Chandler: Spicy Tuna, Spicy Crab, avocado and romaine lettuce wrapped in soy paper and topped with a spicy aioli.
• Cowboy/Cowgirl: Spicy hamachi and cucumber inside. Topped with fresh hamachi spicy aioli and sriracha.
